Webflow Designer & Developer

We're looking for a Webflow pro to work on client projects as both a designer and developer

Belt Creative is a digital marketing agency and Webflow Enterprise Partner seeking a talented Webflow Website Designer & Developer. Join us to create compelling website experiences for our clients, crafting strategies, designs in Figma, and development in Webflow.

What You'll Be Doing:

In this role, you will:

• Work directly with clients and other members of the Belt Creative team to design, develop, and launch Webflow websites, from concept to providing ongoing support.
• Create Information Architecture (IA) documents to plan the organization of website projects, ensuring consistent organization, a strong user experience, and scalability.
• Utilize Relume Library + Figma to create website IA documents, wireframes, graphic assets, and website layouts.
• Develop websites in Webflow using UX, SEO and accessibility best practices and utilizing Client-First naming conventions.
• Create interactions in Webflow that delight the visitor and enhance the user experience.
• Ensure a seamless integration of websites with other marketing tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics.
• Contribute to internal process enhancements and documentation for website design and development best practices.

• Client Support: Offer post-launch assistance and ongoing website updates.
• Team Collaboration: Work with team members to strategize for client meetings and project execution.

Skills You Need to Bring:

• Proven background in Webflow design and development.
• Strong Figma skills for graphic and website design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and UX/UI principles. You don't have to be a professional coder, but code familiarity is definitely a plus.
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and relationship management skills.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Sketch, or similar design software.
• Understanding of SEO principles and web development frameworks.
• Digital marketing and technology experience.
