Hourly Rate choose this option if you have infrequent and non-time-sensitive website updates. Note that your turnaround time is subject to our availability — if our designers are available, we can start on your project right away, but if we are busy with projects you will have to wait for the next open spot on our design calendar.
Web Lite Support (minimum 2 hours per month) - choose this package if you have infrequent but reoccurring website updates that you'd like for us to handle (regular maintenance, website content updates, updating menus/service options, publishing new content on the site). You can also use the hours for design-related requests (email marketing campaigns, banners, newsletters, etc.).
Web Pro Support (minimum 10 hours per month) - choose this package if you have regular reoccurring website support needs such as new page creation, page redesigns, or if you'd like to implement new functionalities. Furthermore, if you need to create a mockup of a new page layout, and develop it, this is the right package for you. We can also develop pages based on supplied designs, website redesigns and larger projects that require more time and commitment under this plan. You can also use the hours for design-related requests (email marketing campaigns, banners, newsletters, etc.).
For our Web Lite and Web Pro support packages that are invoiced quarterly, the minimum time commitment is 3 months. If you're not sure that you're ready to commit to ongoing support, we'd recommend trying a project with us at our hourly rate to get a feel for what it's like to work with us. Once that initial project is done, we encourage moving to one of our quarterly plans to get the cost savings, quick turnaround, and predictability that comes with our pre-booked support.
Yes, we are able to provide ongoing website support for all Webflow and Squarespace websites, even if we didn't originally design them. Kindly note that if your website needs a lot of fixes or updates early on, we may need to scope out a flat-rate website design project to tuneup your site before we transition to ongoing support.
We help you with all project management, and our Web Pro Support offers a dedicated account manager as your primary point of contact. You can communicate with us via email or our project management software. There are some differences depending on what type of support you need, but our proven processes make sure that your projects run smoothly from start to finish.
If you've already exhausted your pre-booked hours and we notice that you need more hours, we can upgrade your package, or simply add one-time hours at the hourly rate for that plan.
Your account manager will monitor your usage and actively make project suggestions and set priorities to help you get the most out of your support package. For most brands, there is rarely nothing to work on (even the best website benefits from tuneups and regular improvements). Should there be hours leftover, they will roll over to the next billing period within the calendar year. Hours that are rolled over are lost if your support package is canceled.
On our Web Pro Support package, you will communicate primarily with your dedicated account manager and a small group of designers will be assigned to your projects. We aim to keep the same designers on your project, because the more experience they have with your brand, the better they'll be able to help your business succeed.
