Pitchbook Property, a new venture in the real estate market, partnered with us at Belt Creative to launch their brand. Our mission was to help them with brand design, website design, and development in Webflow, implementing dynamic features such as property filters, a membership area, and multi-language support.
The Challenge
As a new venture, Pitchbook Property needed a full suite of content and a website that would effectively introduce their brand to the online world. They needed a website that was user-friendly, high-performing, and optimized for search engines to effectively reach and engage their audience and drive new leads.

We worked closely with the Pitchbook Property team to design and develop a bespoke website in Webflow. We focused on creating a website that was not only visually appealing but also high-performing and optimized for SEO. We also implemented dynamic features such as property filters, a membership area, and multi-language support.

What’s a Rich Text element?
The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.
Static and dynamic content editing
A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!
How to customize formatting for each rich text
Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
