They did an outstanding job. From our first call, I felt like our designer understood our objectives. I really appreciated his communication, follow up, and use of technology to keep us posted on the project management side. We would definitely use Belt Creative again in the future.

Collin has been extremely responsive throughout the entire process and his methods of explaining each step along the way through videos, documents, and meetings has been excellent. It always gives me something I can refer to later and makes everything abundantly clear.

I appreciated how seamless it was to provide feedback on the web design and copy edits before going live. The custom tutorials shared by Danielle and her team were extremely helpful, enabling our internal team to maintain the site moving forward. I also found the mobile interface to be very user-friendly. Additionally, having a designer on the team was invaluable; when we needed alternative designs to better tell our story, BeltCreative was able to deliver exactly what we needed.

I worked closely with Belt Creative over a period of two months or so, and not only were they the most dedicated and conscientious team I’ve ever collaborated with, they're also one of the most creative and knowledgeable. Our designer's cheerful, optimistic outlook and his confidence in his own abilities made him a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them on board for any future projects.

We originally were upgrading just our website but expanded the project to redesigning our logo as well. I believe this really helped the process. Danni from Belt Creative really understood our concept by creating a new logo which rolled into creating a dynamite web site. She also did a great job of honoring our old logo and website and blending it with our new logo and website.
